🧾 TikTok Shop Self-Audit Checklist for Creators
1. Content Strategy
- I post at least 4–5 times per Day (or as much as I can)
- Clear lighting and no greasy Camera
- I have a mix of different style videos
- Most of my videos show the product in use (not just holding or talking)
- I include social proof showing results, before/after’s, or happy customers when able
- My first 3 seconds hook attention (movement, bold statement, curiosity)
- I make sure my tonality is natural and relatable
- I’m not to close to the screen or to far away and I am in the middle of the screen
- I end videos with clear CTAs
2. Analytics Review
- I track top-performing videos weekly (Views, watch time, CTR)
- I retarget what is getting the most views or sales
- I know which products drive the most conversions
- I review Shop Analytics
- I check if my conversion rate is improving month to month
3. Product Optimization
- Product titles are keyword-rich and clear
- I makes sure the products I promote are things I love and am educated on
- I don’t just do what’s viral for everyone else but things I enjoy or want weather they have no sales or high sales.
- My top products have multiple video variations
- I feature trending or seasonal products (especially around holidays)
4. Community & Engagement
- I reply to comments
- I share customer reviews or reactions
- I use trending sounds and hashtags consistently
- I do Video comment replies on top asked questions if any
5. Mindset & Growth
- I stay consistent even when sales are slow
- I test new formats instead of overhauling what already works
- I focus on building trust and community, not just sales
- I review this checklist monthly
- I know that things that work constantly are changing and it’s my job to learn and change with it as best I can
- I know I’m capable of success, and know that there will be low days and high days.
